Service Scope
X7VPN provides a subscription service for cross-border network acceleration, covering 120+ countries and 190+ routes, with support for Windows / macOS / iOS / Android / Linux. Obtain clients, manage subscriptions, and handle orders through the user panel. Specific entitlements are described in the selected plan.
The service provides network connectivity; it does not provide accounts, memberships, or content licenses for third-party websites. When accessing international websites, users must still follow each platform's rules. Route coverage does not guarantee access to every website, item of content, or feature.
Account and Subscription Rules
No email address is required; registration uses a username and password. Keep login credentials and subscription URLs secure, and do not post them on public pages, in groups, or in code repositories. If credentials are exposed or used unusually, change them promptly and report the issue through a user-panel ticket.
There is no limit on the number of devices connected at the same time, but subscriptions are for the account holder's use on their own devices only. Unlimited devices do not authorize resale or sharing. You may not rent out an account, distribute a subscription to others, or use the service to provide paid connectivity to others.
Monthly subscription traffic resets each month on the activation date. When upgrading mid-cycle, the price difference is converted into remaining days. Traffic packages remain available until used and do not expire. Before choosing a plan, check billing terms and traffic allowances on the pricing page; device limits and available traffic are separate considerations.
Acceptable Use
Users are responsible for confirming that their use of the service complies with the laws and regulations where they are located and with the rules of the services they access. The service must not be used for fraud, infringement, distributing unlawful content, unauthorized system access, malicious scanning, sending spam, or disrupting others' network operations.
Do not tamper with clients in a way that harms service operation, use automated requests to continuously consume public resources, or help others engage in these activities. Users are responsible for content they upload, download, or distribute. Network connectivity does not replace any required legal authorization for that content.
Availability and Limits of Liability
Connection performance depends on the local network, device settings, carrier routes, and the status of the destination service. Maintenance, upstream outages, or changes to third-party rules may temporarily make some routes unavailable. The service does not promise uninterrupted availability or guarantee that any third-party platform will always be accessible.
If an issue occurs, first check the local connection, update the subscription, and try another route before submitting a ticket. Include the platform, symptoms, and steps taken in your report; do not include passwords or complete subscription URLs. The service follows a no-logs policy. X7VPN is not liable beyond what the law requires for matters outside its control, such as third-party platform bans, content removals, or faults with a user's own device. These terms do not exclude or limit liability or consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.
Account Restrictions and Termination
If resale or sharing, unlawful use, attacks on the service, or other serious violations of these terms are found, X7VPN may restrict the relevant connections, suspend the subscription, or terminate the account based on the scope of the impact. Any action should be proportionate to the violation; an ordinary connection issue alone is not grounds to determine a violation.
If you disagree with an action, explain the circumstances and request a review through a user-panel ticket. Account actions do not replace applicable rules for order settlement, refunds, or dispute handling.
Changes to These Terms and Policy Guidance
Updates to these terms will be published on this page, and the update month at the top of the page will be revised. Significant changes affecting subscription entitlements will be explained in site announcements or notices in the user panel. Changes will not retroactively diminish rights users have under applicable law. Review updates before continuing to use the service.
